Structural Design

We develop accurate structural designs using RAM Structural System, aligned with current standards.

We integrate our expertise as manufacturers and installers to optimize each solution, ensuring safety, efficiency, and improved performance from the outset.

Manufacturing

We have state-of-the-art CNC machinery and three specialized production lines that enable us to exceed 2,000 tons per month:

  • Mill beams (W-BEAMS): cutting, drilling, marking, beveling, and welding.
  • Built-up sections (3 and 4 plates): customized sections optimized for weight and strength.
  • Trusses: fabrication of lattice and triangulated structures for roofs, coverings, bridges, and lightweight structures.

Our certified technical team receives ongoing training to ensure top-quality results.

Quality Control

We carry out rigorous inspections throughout the entire process. Our certified team performs ultrasonic testing, dye penetrant testing, visual inspections, and dimensional verification—all in-house—to ensure full control and traceability.

Mounting

We execute the mounting of steel structures with precision and safety, using advanced technology to ensure alignment, durability, and a highly efficient installation process.

Roofing Systems

We also have the capacity to install TPO roofing systems, standing seam systems, and exposed-fastener roofing, ensuring reliable, long-lasting performance.
